At the permanent exhibition you can admire the original puppets from puppet animation produced by Studio Małych Form Filmowych Se-Ma-For w Łodzi.
Here you can meet the characters of such animations as: ‘Miś Uszatek’, ‘Przygody Misia Colagola’ (in US known as ‘Barnaby the Bear’), ‘Little Penguin Pik-Pok’, ‘Maurycy i Hawranek’, ‘Three Bears’ and many others. While entering the exhibition, viewer’s constant attention is attracted by the ‘Lazuryt’ TV-set, adapted to the display cabinet for the first Polish bedtime cartoon ‘Jacek i Agatka’. Visitors are accompanied by sculptures that present the most popular fairy tales characters located in many places: Reksio, Barnaby the Bear (Miś Colargol), Koziołek Matołek, Gucio and Cezar or Little Penguin Pik-Pok.
Numerous animation accessories – animation frames, sketches, decorations, scripts are also shown. Of course, the exhibition could not miss ‘Bolek and Lolek’ and memories associated to it.
In the museum, in addition to souvenirs that are linked to the world of animation, you can also see everyday objects decorated with images of bedtime characters.
Passing through exhibition space, the visitor will come across the artist’s work place, as well as exhibits related to the increasingly young bedtime animations.
The showcases contain items that are related to foreign productions, such as: ‘Mole’ (Zdeněk Miler character), ‘Well, just you wait’, ‘Smurfs’, ‘Maya the Bee’ and ‘Moomins’.
